Welcome. I will attempt to outline and document my current and ongoing stalker and his obsession with me. This site will say it for me. My apologies for the graphic nature within, but until laws are changed and no longer will it be possible to terrorize another human being without accountability of any kind, I have to show you what is really going on here in cyber space. What you do with this information is up to you, me...up to all of us. To hide our heads in the sand and say this is silly and not real life, is absurd. This site is for you. The irony is... in doing so, they have succeeded in covering potential evidence. I am Naomi Longson, and this all started for me and some of my friends two years ago, when we opened an IRC chat channel called #art^bell on Efnet. We were all Art Bell fans, and I set about to erect an web site which talked about Art Bell and the paranormal. I had a section on that site, which was a fun and lighthearted section, where all of our photos and links to our interests and web sites were shown. This is where it all began.

We were soon to discover, that someone was impersonating us personally, all over the net, using our names and even befriending us, to get information on the sly. Then, as an example, this person would impersonate my friends, and talk to me...having me believe they were my friend in an effort to gain information. It worked. Even on my ICQ list, this person would contact me claiming to be a friend of mine. Soon, this person had infiltrated every aspect of my life unbenounced to me. My web site for the channel I loved and nurtured was called "The Bell Tower" for obvious reasons. Soon, up went a web site, full of pornography called "The Cock Tower" full of references to pedophilia, and all the names of the people in my channel were mocked and these people (some of them young teens) were referenced with pedophilia, pornography and horrible depictations of all of us. The second web site that was erected was called "The Rintoul Report" which was an exact replica of "The Drudge Report",  where more horrifying things were placed referrencing everyone in the chat channel with pornographic depictations and/or pedophilia. The next mocker web site was  Ream The Whirlwind which was a replica of my web site "Reap The Whirlwind". A site which contained evidence of a conspiracy to defame Art Bell and destroy his career. ThenMocker threw up an exact replica of my RTW BBS using disc server. Then up went a site which mocked my illness, which is Crohn's Disease, http://members.xoom.com/skarletsASS/  Incidently, Crohns is not an *ss disease at all. Many sound files were posted also, which I will be adding to the archives, such as  son.wav, where Mocker hit Art Bell's son who suffered a tragic situation with his school teacher who is now in jail and me, all with one stone. We complained to the free web servers and each one would be shut down, only to appear immediately somewhere esle. The stalker would simply make a slight change to the registered name, and upload to his hearts content.

So we eventually felt we were bashing our heads against a brick wall. It seemed to us, as though the perpetrator was protected by these web based servers, and this is merely because they have to protect themselves from liability. So they refused to ever divulge the name of the individual to us so we could do something about it legally. I now understand, that these free web based service providers allow for the option to upload FTP anonymously. This is where we were stonewalled.

The police looked into the matter, and have a file on this issue, but due to lack of knowledge of computer crime/stalking etc., they ended up frustrated, and the need for an international subpoena was evident. But in order to get that, one must prove to a judge, that they have the right guy before they will even approve a subpoena. So, the last two years this police file has been closed, and reopened several times when a new development, a new threat would take place. Nothing NOTHING ever came of all the grief, all the terror, and all the efforts to have the stalker leave me alone.
