It seems that ellis, [dk Rick Ellis] cockroach, [calls himself "roachclip"] pilpel, [Student at Columbia University in NYC Avital Pilpel] officer [click here for Bob Officer] and anonym pacbell.net [click here for Rick Lazarrini] are afraid to accept a subpeona to appear in a court of law and repeat the defamation of astrologers they post here on alt.astrology. Imagine, hiding behind your key board from someone they constantly revile as a kook. Understand the reason I'm trying to get ellis, cockroach, pilpel, officer and anonym pacbell.net to accept subponea by mail is to get the court case going that much quicker. If it becomes necessary to hunt each of them down in order to serve them with the complaint, it will delay the court trail for months. So, unless ellis, cockroach, pilpel, officer and anony @ pacbell.net are afraid to stand behind the defamations they print here on alt.astrology, then there is not reason to keep dodging - the hide behind their keyboards. Why are you all hiding behind your keyboards from someone you constanly call a kook? Why are you afraid?

Please have your legal counsel contact me via email, or give me a name and address where I may have you served.
